Our studio is in the heart of the Mission District, San Francisco.

Cross Street: 21st Street

Parking: Metered street parking & Bartlett/ 21st St. Garage

Transit: nearest subway station is 3 blocks away on 24th/Mission. Many bus lines run up and down Mission Street, including the 14, 49 & 33.

Closest airport is SFO, accessible by the 24th/Mission subway (about a 30 minute ride), by taxi (about 15-25 minutes, depending on traffic) or shuttle.

MISSION NEIGHBORHOOD & AMENITIES

Some call the Mission San Francisco's "Latin Quarter," but it is a very diverse neighborhood, home to all kinds of people from all over the world.

The Mission is just a few minutes drive or a few subway stops from the San Francisco City Center.

Studio is within the central stretch of Mission Street known as the "Miracle Mile." and is surrounded by cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, tacquerias-- all kinds of eating and drinking.

The Alamo Draft House Movie Theatre is across the street.

The Valencia Street shopping district, several miles of locally-owned businesses, is 2 blocks away.

There are also art galleries, performance spaces, and cultural centers throughout the Mission.

The Mission District Public Pool is a few blocks away.

The Mission is accessible to all kinds of beautiful urban hiking and large open spaces.

There are youth hostels, hotels, B & B's as well as lots of airbnb's for your accomodation needs.

STUDIO & AMENITIES

The studio space is 300 square feet, which comfortably holds 5-8 people for movement or 12-15 people seated.

It's on the 2nd floor of the building, quietly situated away from the street.

Wood floors, beautiful light. A potted plant garden flourishes outside on the lightwell.

There are plenty of mats you can use free of charge, as well as blocks, blankets, bolsters and other more specialized equipment.

There's spring water. Bring your own water bottle, please.

There are chairs in the hallway if you arrive early for your appointment.
